You can use each product only on a single website, belonging to you or your client. You must purchase the same template once more to make another project with the same design!

You are authorized to make any necessary change (s) to our products to achieve your goals on information, language, etc.. in your template (site).

You may not copy, modify any of our products on a disk, CD, website or other medium and offer them for sale or resale of any kind without prior written consent from us!


d) Assign
You may not assign or change this license to third parties without prior written consent from us!


Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either directly or indirectly. In any case, our entity is not liable for any damages, but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
3. RECOVERY POLICY
Our site provides not redeemable goods! We do not refund where the customer is dissatisfied by the inability to work on the template or software to edit a template. Please be sure to read carefully the information about a product before buy it.We make exceptions to this rule when the archives of the product is uploaded / downloaded to / from our servers with errors in it, the signal after further tested for such presence of inaccuracy / errors. The deadline for claims for recovery of the discrepancies in the records / product ostranyavane error is one weeks after the date of delivery. After expiry of this period we reserve the right to review the particular file / product.

4. INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT
We do not install any of our products which require installation (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, Joomla, change information on templates, etc.) Installation is a paid service that is not included in package price.
5. SERVICES OF THIRD PARTIES
Our site may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. We do not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that Templates.Bgvest.Com not responsible to you in any way for the use of such services. These third parties may have their own conditions of use and other policies.
